Where are the clothes and jewelry made, and by who?
Everything is handmade locally in Bali. We have a small factory with our own staff for our clothing production. For the jewelry production we've hired local silversmiths and artisans who custom make everything for us.
What fabric do you use for your clothes?
We mostly use a mix of viscose 90% - spandex 10%. However we also use bamboo and 100% cotton. We're all in for sustainable eco-friendly fashion and we're actually going to develop our brand more and more towards a sustainable direction.
What sizes do you have?
We currently have size XS, S, M, L & XL, however some designs are of size S/M and M/L.
For skirts, we additinalluy provide 3 different lengths from which you may choose the one that fits the best for you.

How should the clothes be washed?
The general rule for all our garments is to use hand wash or a hand wash program in a washing machine in cold, 30 C water, flat dry, no bleach, no tumble dry & iron on low heat.
Where does the feathers in your jewelry come from?
The feathers are rooster feathers and they're all sourced from "ceremonial roosters". No birds are harmed to make jewelry, however they are a bi-product from local Balinese everyday life. You may read more about the feathers here from our blog.
What if something is out of stock or I can't find my size?
We do our best to restock everything in our store. For size, please check the size guide first. If you find something is missing, or there is something in particular you're searching for, please reach out to us through email firstname.lastname@example.org
How do you ship the orders?
Shipping is provided by Fedex shipping company.
What does the shipping cost?
Shipping from Bali is currently 25€ worldwide. However if your order is 250€ or more, shipping is free.
What about taxes when receiving a package from outside EU or your current location?
When ordering internationally over seas there might be some tax and other fees, that are not included in the shipping cost. Please check the details from your current country.
Will you provide a tracking number?
We always provide tracking number.
What payment options do you provide?
You can pay with MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, American Express and Paypal.
When will I receive my order?
Your clothing order will be made within 2 weeks from purchase. Shipping is currently a maximum of 10 business days. If you have not received your purchase within this time frame, reach out to us at email@example.com
For jewelry: we stock most of our jewlery. If your purchase only includes jewlery, you can expect your order to arrive a bit earlier.
Can I change an order I haven't received yet?
If we've already started making your order (garments), in general it's not possible to change it at this point. If you've just made an order and changed your mind, or have questions, please send an email instantly to us: firstname.lastname@example.org
In some cases, it might still be possible to change your order.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes we do. The gift cards will be issued electronically through email with a unique reference number. A gift card can be set for values between 25-1000€.
How long is a giftcard valid?
A gift card is valid 6 months from purchase.

EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
What if something does not fit, I want to change something or cancel my order?
Please contact us at email@example.com within 5 days from receiving your order.
For any returns, exchanges and cancellations, the products need to be unused and in the same condition as received. Sale items, special custom made orders or items sold at a reduced price, can not be returned or exchanged. We also have the right to refuse returns if the product is not in new, unused condition.
What if something is broken?
All our items go through quality control before shipping. If something is broken take a picture of it and contact us firstname.lastname@example.org
Broken items: If the item is returned because it's broken and at inspection considered broken, we will refund the original prize of the item. Return postage is covered for broken items, after receiving the returned item.
All returns must be shipped within 14 days from receiving the order. Returns and exchanges are posted back at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
