Our customers are important to us, and we will always strive to maintain high levels of service. In order to do so, we have set clear terms of use for this website that outline what we can and cannot do for our customers. The website www.bohemiangoddess.fi is owned and operated by Sara Adolfsen - Finnish VAT FI25688358  The following sets out the terms and conditions that govern use of our website. Your use of the site is an agreement with these terms and conditions. Bohemian Goddess may, in its absolute discretion, modify these terms and conditions from time too time and those modifications will become binding once displayed on this website.

Liability
Bohemian Goddess is not liable for any loss or damages caused through the use of the Site and/or its affiliates.
By continuing to use the site, you acknowledge and agree that 'Bohemian Goddess' affiliates and Sara Adolfsen are not responsible or liable for:
1. Any content, including without limitation, any infringing, obscene, indecent, threatening, offensive, defamatory, tortuous, or illegal content; or
2. Any third party conduct, transmissions or data, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law; or
3. Any viruses or other disabling features that affect your access to or use of the website.

Registration
In order to purchase items on the site you may at times need to register an account. Bohemian Goddess can change registration requirements from time to time. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate and complete in all respects.

Content of this site
Bohemian Goddess will attempt to keep the content of this site up to date at all times. However, Bohemian Goddess does not guarantee the accuracy or currency of the content. Items promoted on the site are subject to availability and may change from time to time. By using the site, you acknowledge that the colors of the items that are delivered to you may vary slightly from the colors displayed on the site, in pictures by your computer or other screen.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Bohemian Goddess shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Bohemian Goddess shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Bohemian Goddess shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the site are inclusive of taxes and are shown in Euro (or your current country form where you're browsing from). The prices displayed on the site may change at any time.

Orders
An order placed by you on the site for an item is only an offer by you to purchase an item for the price as displayed on the site. Bohemian Goddess reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. Your contract with Bohemian Goddess will only come into existence when Bohemian Goddess confirms receipt of your payment and ships the item that is purchased.
If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted by email and informed of the expected delivery date. If an item you have ordered is sold out or has been discontinued after you have placed your order, you will be contacted by email and informed.

Order Cancellations and Amendments
Bohemian Goddess does not guarantee that it will be able to make any changes, additions or cancellations to an order after it has accepted your order and it has confirmed receipt of your payment. However if an order has not been processed for delivery, changes, additions or cancellations may still be possible. Please be sure to send a request email for any changes or cancellations of order as soon as possible. Bohemian Goddess will in this case always confirm that a request for a change, addition or cancellation has been met by sending you an email.

Payment
The site currently accepts payment by credit card, paypal and direct deposit. Credit card payments will be processed through paypal's secured payment gateway or your local bank. When paying by direct deposit, the order will not be processed until the full funds have cleared into the Bohemian Goddess bank account.

Delivery
Orders are only delivered to your nominated address between Monday to Friday during business hours. All orders will be sent to the mailing address you provide to Bohemian Goddess when you place an order through the site. Our orders are sent currently from Bali and some from Finland. Orders can be tracked. The customer will receive an email of their order being dispatched with details of how to track their order. Delivery to Europe generally takes about 7-14 days after processing, unless the item itself is custom made or a pre ordered item. Delivery to the rest of the world can take up to 30 business days.

Bohemian Goddess will not be held accountable for late deliveries, loss or damage related to deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. Postage on back order products will be at the expense of Bohemian Goddess. Bohemian Goddess will not be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses entered into the site.

Acceptance of Goods
All items are quality checked before shipping. The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods and notifying Bohemian Goddess of any faults within 5 working days of receiving the goods.

Warranties
All warranties offered are those of the manufacturer and will be processed according to each products warranty guidelines.

Faulty Goods
Any product that arrives with a fault must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order. Faulty goods will be assessed and dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact sara@bohemiangoddess.fi as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges for online orders will only be accepted where the product has not been used and is in the same condition as received.

All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns and exchanges may be posted back at the customer’s expense. If the item is inspected and considered 'Faulty' Bohemian Goddess will refund in full the original cost of the item and reimburse for any postage incurred to return the item to us.

In the event of items being exchanged it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return postage and full postage of the exchange item back to them. Full postage for exchange items is charged at 30EUR (but may vary depending on what country and the weight of the item being exchanged).

In the event of a return and request for refund, the customer will return the item at their own cost and will be provided with a full refund of the item, minus the cost of the original full shipping amount (and not the subsidized postage amount charged to the customer with the original sale). The customer can be provided on request with a copy of the receipt to prove the initial shipping cost. Roughly the shipping cost within Finland is 7-15€, to Europe 25€ and International shipping 35€ depending on the country, number of items and weight. The final prize for shipping will be calculated in the shopping cart before payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customer’s expense or may be picked up from our offices.

We are unable to accept returns and exchanges on sale items, special orders or any item sold at a reduced price.

Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on the site, including the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, images, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof are the sole property of Bohemian Goddess. You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose.

Collection Of Information
Bohemian Goddess only collects the information it needs to conduct their business. Bohemian Goddess may use your details to contact you regarding your order for reasons such as, but not limited to, failed credit card transactions, incomplete order information, stock availability. You will only receive marketing email if you have elected to receive them. All marketing correspondence will contain the necessary information to opt out from receiving further updates.

For the purpose of processing your order, we may disclose your details to:
• Our payment gateway service provider
• Courier companies

Storage Of Credit Card Numbers
No credit card details are stored permanently by Bohemian Goddess.

Disclosure
Bohemian Goddess does not sell or provide access to your details.

Illegal Acts
Bohemian Goddess will disclose your details to the police or government agencies if we have sufficient reason to believe that you are using this site for illegal purposes.

Access
