Returns and exchanges for online orders will only be accepted when the product has not been used and is in the same condition as received.
Sale items, special custom made orders or items sold at a reduced price, can not be returned or exchanged. We also have the right to refuse returns if the product is not in new, unused condition.
All return requests must be received by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be shipped within 14 days from receiving your order. Returns and exchanges are posted back at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
Broken items: If the item is returned because it's broken and at inspection considered broken, we will refund the original prize of the item. Return postage is covered for broken items after receiving the returned item.
Exchanges: If an item is exchanged for another design, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return postage and full postage of the exchange item back to them. Products sent for return must be unused, or exchange can not be done.
Return and refund request: The customer shall return the item at their own cost and they will be provided with a full refund of the item, minus the cost of the original full shipping amount and return when the item has been received and through inspection qualified as a returnable item.
